CDIO - modern approach to engineering education.
CDIO standards – The declared CDIO purpose: the engineer — the university graduate has to be able to think up a new product or new technical idea, to carry out all design works on its embodiment (or to give the necessary instructions to those who will be engaged in it), to introduce in production that turned out.
Purposes of CDIO school:
The purpose – creation of the unique platform of development aimed at strengthening of questions of consolidation of students of Higher education institutions of Russia for development and joint realization of educational programs and design and implementation activity in the concept of CDIO directed on modernization of the higher engineering education and questions of interaction between educational institutions and real sector of the industry of Russia.
Tasks:
1) Systematic daily interaction between participants both in passive (lecture), and in vigorous activity (programs on the basis of active methods of training) on the terms of a competitive spirit with external advisory support;
2) Carrying out the training actions aimed at the development professional and is personal – business competences of participants;
3) Establishment of the international business contacts;
To participation in CDIO to school various groups of young engineers and persons of adjacent specialties are invited:
1) young design engineers and process engineers;
2) young managers, economists;
3) young designers;
4) young lawyers.
Total of participants of 36-40 people.
Action format:
Within CDIO school the specification (case), will be issued to participants by result of performance of which production of a working prototype and its presentation will be considered. Besides, for participants the following trainings will be provided:
